The worker remembered me, but couldn't do anything because I did not have the receipt. I payed cash so I couldn't look it up like you did. I ended up taking the batter to a friend of mine who works at Autoameristar, and he swapped it with a new one for me, and def'd out the old one. He told me when they have a defective unit Optima sends them a new one in replacement for the business, so it was no biggie.
